This agreement is between you and Rao Ventures LLC, the publisher and operator of Robot Rescue Island. The game is designed for players ages 9 and above and their families. A parent or legal guardian should review these terms and agree on behalf of a child who cannot make a binding agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
Your license
Subject to this agreement and applicable store rules, Rao Ventures LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Robot Rescue Island for personal, non-commercial entertainment and learning on devices you own or control. The app is licensed, not sold. Family Sharing and volume-purchasing use remain permitted where the applicable store rules allow them.
Permitted use and ownership
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its artwork without permission. Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the app or its services, or use the app unlawfully. Reverse engineering, modification, or copying is prohibited except where applicable law or an applicable open-source license permits it.
Rao Ventures LLC and its licensors retain their rights in the app, characters, artwork, text, code, and other content. Third-party and open-source software remains subject to its own license terms. This agreement does not restrict rights granted by those licenses.
Game progress and updates
Robot Rescue Island offers River Rescue, with different river-crossing challenges, plus an optional daily movement break. Points and badges have no cash value. Progress is saved on your device and may be lost if the app or its saved data is removed or the device is replaced. We do not provide an online save or a way to move progress between devices.
We may improve, change, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. Updates may be needed for compatibility or security. We do not promise that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Movement activities and learning
Movement breaks are optional. Make space, choose an activity that feels comfortable, and rest whenever needed. Stop if there is pain, dizziness, or discomfort. A parent or guardian should decide whether an activity is suitable for their child. The game does not measure exercise and is not medical advice.
Puzzles provide opportunities to practice skills, but no particular educational, health, or developmental outcome is guaranteed.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains saved progress, store reports, and support messages. This release does not use in-game tracking or session recording. Parents should read the policy before a child plays. Agreeing to these game terms does not replace any separate parental consent that may be required if information practices change.
Your use must also comply with applicable app-store, device, network-service, and other third-party terms. External websites and email services are outside the app and have their own terms.
Support, warranties, and liability
Rao Ventures LLC is responsible for support and for warranties that applicable law requires. Contact us using the details below.
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation or warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Rao Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses or loss of local game progress arising from use of the app.
These limits do not exclude or reduce mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or other protected claims. Any remedy required by applicable law remains available.
Ending use and changes to this agreement
You can end your use at any time by uninstalling the app. Your license ends if you materially violate this agreement, subject to any notice or remedy required by law. When the license ends, stop using the app and remove your copies.
We may revise this agreement for future use or updates. We will identify the revision date and provide notice or request agreement where required. No choice of law in this agreement removes mandatory protections available where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Store terms and your consumer rights
Use of the Apple App Store is also governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions applicable to your country or region. Use of Google Play is also governed by the Google Play Terms of Service and the Google Terms of Service. Those agreements govern the store services; this EULA governs the app license granted by Rao Ventures LLC.
This EULA must not be interpreted to permit use that conflicts with applicable store usage rules. Where a mandatory store provision applies, that provision controls to the extent of the conflict. Nothing here limits consumer rights, refund remedies, or other protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Additional Apple App Store terms
For an app obtained through Apple, this agreement is with Rao Ventures LLC, not Apple. Rao Ventures LLC is responsible for the app and its content. The license covers use on Apple-branded devices you own or control under Apple Media Services usage rules, including permitted Family Sharing or volume-purchasing access.
Rao Ventures LLC is solely responsible for any maintenance and support required by this agreement or applicable law. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Rao Ventures LLC is solely responsible for product warranties, express or implied, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the app’s purchase price. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. All remaining claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses attributable to that warranty failure are Rao Ventures LLC’s sole responsibility, subject to applicable law.
Rao Ventures LLC, not Apple, handles product-related, regulatory, consumer-protection, and privacy claims, and the investigation, defense, settlement, and resolution of third-party intellectual-property infringement claims concerning the app. Mandatory legal protections remain unchanged.
You represent and warrant that you are not in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism, and are not on a U.S. prohibited or restricted-party list. Follow applicable third-party agreements. For Apple-distributed copies, you and Rao Ventures LLC acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, Apple has, and is deemed to have accepted, the right to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Additional Google Play terms
For a copy obtained through Google Play, this EULA is between you and Rao Ventures LLC. Google is not a party to this app license and does not assume obligations under it. Rao Ventures LLC remains responsible for the app, its content, app support, maintenance, and complaints, subject to applicable law.
Use the app on compatible devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the license above and Google Play's rules. Store-controlled downloads, automatic updates, availability, and any permitted family access are subject to Google Play's terms and your settings. If you are a minor under the rules that apply to your Google account, obtain your parent's or guardian's permission to use Google Play.
Any request for a refund of a Google Play transaction is governed by the applicable Google Play refund process and mandatory consumer law. This EULA does not promise a refund beyond those rights or make Google responsible for app support. Contact Rao Ventures LLC about game functionality and local progress, and contact Google Play about your store account or store billing.
