Parents and guardians can contact Rao Ventures LLC for help with Robot Rescue Island or to make a privacy request. No player account is required.
Contacting support
A parent or guardian can email us for help. We receive the sender’s email address, message, and any attachments they choose to send. Zoho Mail hosts our support mailbox and processes those messages so we can respond. The app does not send your local game saves to our email provider. Please avoid sending a child’s full name, photographs, or other unnecessary personal information.
If a child sends a one-time question, we use only the contact information needed to answer that question. We do not use it to contact the child again, market to them, or build a profile. We delete unnecessary child information and attachments without using them. Ongoing help should come from a parent or guardian.
Review, correction, deletion, and privacy complaints
Players, adult testers, and parents or guardians acting for a child can email support@raoventures.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy complaint. Describe the request and provide only enough information to locate the correspondence or record. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity or parental authority before disclosing or changing information.
We handle privacy requests under applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. Exercising privacy rights does not affect access to the game. Clearing a local nickname or save is done on your device; removing a store account is handled by Apple or Google.
Local progress
Progress is saved on the device. We cannot retrieve a local save or transfer it to another device. Before uninstalling or clearing app data, remember that doing so may remove progress. Device backups may restore a save depending on your settings.
