Robot Rescue Island is a game for players ages 9 and above and their families, offered for U.S. distribution. Rao Ventures LLC publishes and operates the game and handles privacy requests at the contact details below. This policy explains what information is used, why it is used, and the choices available to players and parents.
Playing the game
Robot Rescue Island includes River Rescue and an optional daily movement break. Children can play without creating an account. There are no advertisements, in-app purchases, chat rooms, public profiles, or public leaderboards.
The game does not ask for a child’s date of birth, email address, location, photos, or recordings from the camera or microphone. Please use a made-up nickname rather than a child’s real name.
Information saved on your device
Your nickname, points, badges, completed river crossings, levels, and daily progress are saved on your device. We do not provide an online game account or a service that synchronizes these saves between devices.
Your device provider may include game saves in backups, depending on your settings. Removing the game or clearing its data may remove local progress. Restoring a backup may restore that progress.
No in-game tracking or recording
This release does not send your nickname, game progress, screen visits, taps, or solution results to analytics or recording services. We do not record play sessions or send in-game crash reports to those services.
There is no in-game advertising or tracking for targeted advertising. Children do not need to send us personal information to earn points, receive badges, or access the game.
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This release does not track players across other companies’ apps or websites, or enable third parties to do so through the game. There is no such tracking to turn off in response to a Do Not Track signal.
Understanding how the game is used
We may look at summary reports made available by Apple and Google, such as total downloads and general usage or reliability statistics. These reports are provided through the stores, under their own privacy policies and sharing settings. The game does not send additional usage information to us to create these reports.
Public legal and support webpages
Our public legal and support webpages are hosted on GitHub Pages. When you visit those webpages, GitHub logs and stores your IP address for security purposes. Viewing the policy inside the app does not require visiting those webpages or sending your local game saves to GitHub.
Children and parents
Robot Rescue Island is directed to players ages 9 and above, including children under 13. We keep game progress on the device and do not require children to send us personal information to play.
Parents can help a child change or clear their nickname in Profile. They can remove local game data using the device’s settings, subject to backup and restore behavior. We cannot view, edit, or erase saves stored only on your device.
A parent may contact us to review or delete their child’s personal information that we hold, and refuse further collection or use. We cannot retrieve saves that remain only on your device. Please do not send a child’s identity documents or unnecessary personal information.
Contacting support
A parent or guardian can email us for help. We receive the sender’s email address, message, and any attachments they choose to send. Zoho Mail hosts our support mailbox and processes those messages so we can respond. The app does not send your local game saves to our email provider. Please avoid sending a child’s full name, photographs, or other unnecessary personal information.
If a child sends a one-time question, we use only the contact information needed to answer that question. We do not use it to contact the child again, market to them, or build a profile. We delete unnecessary child information and attachments without using them. Ongoing help should come from a parent or guardian.
Support records and deletion requests
Game saves remain on your device until they are removed, subject to your backup settings. We do not receive those saves.
Support messages are used to handle your request and related follow-up. We retain personal information only as needed for those purposes or to meet applicable legal obligations.
To ask about information we hold or request its deletion, contact support@raoventures.co. We may need to verify your identity or parental authority and explain any legal restrictions that apply.
Deleting a message from a mailbox may not immediately remove provider-held recovery, backup, or archive copies. Contact support@raoventures.co about deletion requests and any applicable retention restrictions.
Earlier test versions
Earlier test versions used Vexo and Expo for testing with adults only. Those versions may have sent information about play and errors, including device codes and screen recordings. This release stops that collection. Stopping collection does not automatically remove previously sent information. Adult testers can contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of their test records.
When information may be shared
We do not send this release’s gameplay records to advertising or analytics companies. Our email provider handles support messages to deliver and store correspondence so we can answer. We require providers handling personal information on our behalf to limit its use to the agreed service and provide protection consistent with this policy and applicable requirements. Our email provider and its service providers may process support information in locations used to provide the email service. Contact support@raoventures.co with questions about support-message handling.
We may disclose the minimum information necessary to comply with a legal requirement or protect people, security, or legal rights, as permitted by law.
Review, correction, deletion, and privacy complaints
Players, adult testers, and parents or guardians acting for a child can email support@raoventures.co to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to raise a privacy complaint. Describe the request and provide only enough information to locate the correspondence or record. We may take reasonable steps to verify identity or parental authority before disclosing or changing information.
We handle privacy requests under applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain the reason and any available next steps. Exercising privacy rights does not affect access to the game. Clearing a local nickname or save is done on your device; removing a store account is handled by Apple or Google.
Apple App Store and Google Play
Apple and Google handle store accounts, downloads, and store transactions under their own terms and privacy policies. The game does not ask for your store password or payment-card information. Requests about a store account should be made to the relevant store; deleting game progress does not delete that account.

Keeping information safe and updating this policy
The game reduces exposure by keeping progress in local app storage and disabling in-game analytics and session recording. Local saves are not a secure vault for sensitive information. Your device’s security and backup settings also affect their protection.
Our support-handling rules limit access to people who need it to answer requests, require protected accounts and secure connections when accessing correspondence, and handle deletion requests under applicable law. No way of storing or sending information is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information in a nickname or support message.
We will update this policy when our practices change and show the latest revision date above. Any future plan to collect children’s personal information will be reviewed before it starts. We will provide any notice and obtain any parental consent required by law; agreeing to the game terms alone does not give that consent.
